C'est également le paradis des pêcheurs... Le lac offre de nombreux parcours facilement accessibles, mais également des parcours de nuit (carpes). Ce lac est situé à proximité d'Ambrières-les-vallées. D'une superficie de 123 ha, ses affluents sont: la Colmont et la Varenne. Les poissons dominants sont principalement des carnassiers (brochets, sandres, silures). Des zones sont délimitées pour les carpistes. Pour les amateurs de randonnées, des sentiers sont balisés et plusieurs boucles sont réalisables.
